Im Made New

Introduction

There has been an issue that presents a major threat to the success we have spiritual, emotionally and naturally. We see this issue when it comes to matter of racism and low self-esteem. This issue of self-hate plays into how we parents, work and live and the Lord wants to heal that today.

Declaration: Lord I receive your healing for place where I have accepted hate.

This is stark confession we made in the declaration, but I want to peel back the layers of this so that we can walk in freedom and in power.

Have you ever heard the scripture?

Rom12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

I Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

Have you ever heard this phase?

If you get too high the Lord will bring you down. If we ever hear this again, we should recognize this as the hand of the enemy attempting to destroy the image of you that God made. Our definition of humility on earth has more to do with weakness and quietness. Whereas God’s picture of meekness has to do with understanding the power you posses and only using it to glorify God.

Most often people twist this scripture to try to accommodate their smallness in front of someone else bigness. Which is no different than saying…don’t be arrogant. I submit to you that message from that person is seeded in self-hate. If you receive it or have received, you have done so in because of self-hate.

Just because you are not harming yourself doesn’t mean you aren’t harming yourself.

If its abundantly true that we take the position of God we hold things over other people whom god forgave, then same would be sin for us to hold things against ourselves that the precious blood of Christ came to cleanse and redeem.

My intentional focus in on us and or rather that inner work has come to head to defeat this and every other issue that presents itself as an opposition to what and how God made you.

See the salient feature of how we handle ourselves in Pauls address

Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:

But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;…

This expression by Paul is an expression of an inner work that present in me.

God is prospering me to defeat the enemy, In ME!

The damage done to us when we internalize negative words is so debilitating it can sometimes drown out the word of God in our hearts and minds. The words spoke to us by people are filled with emotions and can be scathing that same emotion which we receive the word has power to distort and or enhance the words impact and or intent in our lives.

20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

Note that scripture places an abundant emphasis on hearing the word as reception of the seed. Therefore the interference can only be thoughts and or other words.

I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

Don’t accept a meal from a tightwad;
    don’t expect anything special.
He’ll be as stingy with you as he is with himself;
    he’ll say, “Eat! Drink!” but won’t mean a word of it.
His miserly serving will turn your stomach
    when you realize the meal’s a sham.

 Don’t bother talking sense to fools;
    they’ll only poke fun at your words. Or “ as man thinks in his heart so is he…”

These texts have something in common I wish to share with you by revelation. All of this has to do with what we do with the words we hear.

We should reject ANYTHING that exalts itself against the knowledge of God…this included message about who, what and how we are. We should soundly and public deny any message that does echo the truth of Gods word, either hidden meaning and direct.

The lion share of the enemies work is indirect, this is the nature of influence that is it not explicitly said but implicit in nature.
