Establish a basic line through the account that allow you to see all the work that needs to be done. Ideally you can start with task very simplistic like wiping down surface with visible stains. Which ever task you select the idea is get through the entire account and or area with the task completed while at the same time identifying what other thing may be needed to complete the cleaning for said account. Trash removal is the most common as you collect and check trash can you will see areas that need to wiped, vacuum and or sanitized.

NOTE; You are not cleaning a building you are cleaning up after people.

Once you have established a pattern of work with this account you can get feel for what works best for each account. Those adjustments should streamline your work the best suite the need of the client.

Clean And Check.....Your work can be categorized in waves and this being the second wave is when the bulk of your cleaning should be performed. If you have completed the first wave effectively then you should now have sense of what work and how long the work should take to complete. The element of surveying is not out of the conversation as you dive in keep your eyes open to simple things...streaks, vacuum debris, missed trash cans. These things happen but if you are cleaning to standard you will catch before the client does.

Check......It is advisable that you do a final walk through to make sure everything is cleaned to standard. Going the extra mile is important to making a long lasting impression.
