  1. Lack of meal prep and planning.
  2. Lack of Cash on Hand
  3. Overeating
  4. Improper Bill Management
Strategy to Overcome
  1. Plan and eat meals three days
  2. Maintain 100 in cash at all times.
  3. Schedule times to eat and evaluate choices of food.
  4. Resume weekly finance checks
    1. What is due this week?
    2. Do we have enough?
    3. Where is it being paid out of?

I will spend the next 21 days follow the financial fast rules so I can put myself on the path to prosperity and financial freedom.

Quick Run
  1. Breakfast ( Waffles ,Muffins, Eggs, Coffee/creamer, Almond Milk, Milk, cereal, Turkey Sausage/ Sage Bacon, Orange juice
  2. Lunch ( Turkey Meat, bananas, chips, loaf of bread, juice, salad)
  3. Dinner - (Pizzas , frozen broccli, beef, tortilla chips, cheese, spinach dip, ice, water, butter, frozen fruit and nuts)
